Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja Prangkat Desa Pada Kantor Pemerintahan Desa Meranti Paham Dengan Metode Psi (Preference Selection Index)

Abstract

Village officials are public service personnel with duties and responsibilities towards serving the community and assisting the village head in carrying out their tasks. So far, the performance assessment of village officials at the Meranti Paham Village government office has been done manually, which is time-consuming. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to facilitate the local government in assessing the performance of village officials at the Meranti Paham Village government office. In this research, a decision support system is proposed to assist in the assessment of the performance of village officials using the PSI (Preference Selection Index) method. The PSI method is a part of Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) for preference selection and is developed to solve decision-making problems closely related to Decision Support Systems. The PSI method can also be used to make decisions from various alternatives, and each alternative has several criteria used as references in calculations using the PSI method. The PSI method is employed for decision-making, and it is expected that in assessing the performance of village officials, it will be more effective because it is based on predetermined criteria and weights, resulting in more optimal and efficient outcomes.
