Perancangan Sistem Pakar Mendiagnosa Penyakit Paru-Paru Menggunakan Teorema Bayes

The relatively fast increase in population, accompanied by an increase in human life expectancy, has increased the world's population, thus increasing the complexity of the problems it causes, such as clothing, food, shelter, health and so on. In health problems, the number of sufferers of a disease increases and the types of disease also increase. Meanwhile, the number of health professionals such as doctors is limited in number. Therefore it is necessary to build a system that can help health professionals, sufferers or anyone engaged in the health sector to lighten their work. This system is a prototype and is made as simple as possible, so that users can easily use it and redesign this expert system for other types of diseases. The system is made limited to the diagnosis of a disease based on the characteristics of the disease. Because there are still many people who do not know the symptoms of a disease. By using this expert system, diseases can be identified by looking at symptoms that can explain and describe whether a person is suspected of having a disease or not. With this expert system, ordinary people are able to detect the presence of disease in themselves or others based on the symptoms they feel by answering questions such as consulting a doctor. Thus, ordinary people can detect diseases and their treatment solutions early on so that they can be treated immediately, and even prevent certain diseases. To simplify the design of this expert system, a case was taken for designing an expert system for TB. The system is still limited to disease diagnosis, whether a person is suspected of having TB disease or not, how to prevent and treat it
